Delivery & Returns




Delivery

Delivery within the UK - Under normal circumstances orders placed before 3pm (Monday to Friday) will be dispatched for next working day delivery, subject to availability:

* Courier - This is our standard method of delivery and requires a signature. If no-one is available to sign for the goods then a card will be left. You must then follow the instructions on the card. Subsequent failure to receive the goods may result in them being returned to us. In this situation we reserve the right to charge for any re-delivery.

Delivery outside of the UK - We offer a number of options based upon your requirements. Please contact us for a quotation before placing an order:

* Express Courier - between 1 and 2 days
* Regular Courier - between 3 and 5 days
* Royal Mail AirSure® or International Signed For™ - between 3 and 5 days

Please note that in all cases, deliveries are covered by insurance up to the value of the goods in transit.
We reserve the right to use an alternative delivery service for whatever reason.


Returns
There may be occasions where you feel it necessary to return an item and we aim to keep the process as simple as possible.

For home users, under the European Union Distance Selling Directive you are entitled to a 7 day cooling off period. This means you can return your unwanted order within 7 days of receiving it in its original unopened condition. We will then refund you any money which you have paid us for that product (excluding delivery costs and any payment handling charges).

You will be responsible for the item or items until they reach us and for any collection or return delivery charges incurred. For business purchases, in addition to the same handling charge for returns, a re-stock fee of 20% of the original purchase price (50 minimum) will apply to cover administration. For your own protection, we suggest you use a secure delivery method which requires a signature upon delivery as we cannot accept responsibility for lost or damaged items. Returns should be made in the original, undamaged packaging and we reserve the right to withhold a percentage of the refund value of returned goods if the product or packaging is in such a condition that the item needs to be reduced in price for resale.

If you have purchased an item from us which is Dead On Arrival (DOA) we will arrange for its immediate replacement so long as you contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

In the case of faulty goods please ensure they are faulty and not merely being used incorrectly. Please contact the manufacturer to obtain advice. Items developing a fault through normal use within the warranty period are normally returned to the manufacturer for repair or replacement. We shall endevour to assist in this process should you have difficulty with the manufacturer. Faulty goods will either be repaired or replaced depending on the fault. All you pay for is the return delivery cost.

All returned goods must carry their original order number with a covering letter describing the fault. In all instances, you must contact us first to arrange a return and obtain a RMA reference. Please allow up to 30 days for processing. Any items received without authority of a return may incur additional handling fees.

Please Note: Goods which are returned as faulty but prove to be in working condition will be liable to a charge of 50 to cover return delivery and administration.
